SOHO Living 2018 highlights

By Nathan Jenkinson, SOHO Living General Manager

It’s been a busy year for the team at SOHO Living, as we continue to deliver on our promise to build high-quality, luxury homes in engaged communities that offer openness, physical beauty and dynamic spaces – at an achievable price tag. Celebrating two years in business in 2018, we were excited to reveal our first fully-built range of SOHO Living townhomes at Riverwalk Estate in Werribee. What’s been consistent throughout this year is that homebuyers across Melbourne have been attracted to SOHO townhomes and house and land packages because they’re looking for opportunities to purchase a home or an investment property that offers low-maintenance living, but with a premium look and feel. Here are some of SOHO Living’s 2018 highlights…

Kinsford launches   In October, we launched the first release of townhomes and house and land packages available within SOHO Living’s master-planned community, Kinsford. Located in the evolving suburb of Deanside, Kinsford will be home to more than 250 townhomes and houses, featuring a mix of two-, three- and four-bedrooms, with designs by award-winning architecture firm Rothelowman. Kinsford will ultimately set the standard for Deanside, becoming a destination in the area that’s renowned for quality, prestige and a community focus. Construction commences at Aspect Residences A ‘turning of the soil’ event early in the year marked the start of construction at Aspect Residences – SOHO Living’s first master-planned community located in Keilor Downs. Aspect homebuyers turned up in their SOHO Living hardhats, with gold-painted shovels in hand, to celebrate the milestone. Stages one and two, which are now sold out, are set for completion in late 2019. Ultimately, Aspect will be home to 109 townhomes, with residents set to benefit from an established community that’s next door to shops, transport options, medical centres, parklands and schools. New partnerships   Priding ourselves on cutting-edge designs, SOHO Living set a new benchmark for the homebuilder industry by launching an innovative partnership with Rothelowman in June. Under the arrangement, buyers and investors of SOHO Living product will have access to Rothelowman’s sophisticated internal and external designs. SOHO Living was also pleased to announce new partnerships with a host of developers, securing homebuilding projects in communities by APD, Evolve, Dacland, Dahua, Denis Family, Growland, Lendlease, MAB, Marantali, Moremac, New Sky Group, Places Victoria, Villa World and Yourland. Looking ahead 2019 is shaping up to be a big year for SOHO Living, as we begin construction on more than 400 new homes across Melbourne’s flourishing growth areas. We’re looking forward to announcing new projects early in the New Year, as well as releasing the next stages of both Aspect Residences and Kinsford.
