SOHO Living and Rothelowman Design Market Leading Partnership

Distinguished national architecture and interior design firm Rothelowman will design internal and external concepts of future SOHO Living townhouse product, as part of a unique collaboration announced today.

Under the new arrangement, one of the first of its kind for the industry, buyers and investors of SOHO Living product will have access to Rothelowman’s sophisticated designs at all of SOHO Living’s developments and projects.

Nathan Jenkinson, General Manager of SOHO Living, said the new partnership would ensure the residential property developer and medium density homebuilder’s product would remain at the cutting edge of design in the built form industry. “SOHO Living has been in operation since 2016 and, as a young brand, we’re in a fortunate position where we can be dynamic in terms of responding to market needs and wants,” Mr Jenkinson said. “The new partnership with Rothelowman will ultimately benefit homebuyers and investors who are looking to purchase homes boasting premium designs, but in affordable areas. “In Rothelowman, we recognise an architecture firm at the top of their game when it comes to urban and interior design. By partnering with the firm, SOHO Living is also safeguarding the integrity of development streetscape design.” SOHO Living’s partnership with Rothelowman is in keeping with the company’s strategy to partner with like-minded brands to enable delivery of best-in-class product in any market. “Our partnership strategy has enabled a consistent pipeline of projects, with builds valued at more than $250 million on the horizon, with another 20 projects to come online shortly,” Mr Jenkinson said. Nigel Hobart, Managing Principal at Rothelowman said the arrangement with SOHO represented an opportunity to provide high quality design solutions to an emerging townhouse market in new growth suburbs. “Our team has designed award winning townhouses for developers over many years and we are enjoying the challenge of applying this experience to a new market,” Mr Hobart said. “Working with the SOHO Living team is proving to be a winning combination of design experience and construction know-how. We have no doubt that the innovative homes we create together will be highly sought after by home-owners and investors alike.” Previously, SOHO Living and Rothelowman partnered on SOHO Living’s expansive 109-townhouse development in Keilor Downs, Aspect Residences, where Rothelowman provided masterplanning and architectural concepts.
